Common questions

How do parents join my team?

Share your 6-character team code (More → Team), or send an email invite (More → Team Members → Invite by Email). Parents create an account and enter the code.

I didn't get my invite email.

Check your spam folder. You can also ask your coach for the team code and join with that instead — it works the same way.

How does fair playing time work?

Coachify tracks each player's time at popular positions and on the bench across the season, and balances new lineups so everyone gets a fair share — while respecting the limits you set per player.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: More → Account → Delete Account.
